Sunil Purohit

(Managing Director)

Having trained as a chartered accountant with PwC Sunil’s subsequent career has covered CFO/FD roles in public and private equity backed companies operating internationally. As CFO of PSD Group plc, an international recruitment group he successfully managed rapid international expansion as well as a major technology led business transformation programme. At CDC Solutions Ltd, a VC backed software company Sunil served as CFO and was a key member of the management team that achieved rapid international growth and secured a successful exit for the VC investors. 

In addition he has served as regional FD at enterprise software vendors Inference Corporation, Prime Response Inc and Pegasystems Inc.

Sunil draws on nearly 20 years experience of managing Finance and Operations including investor relations, technology led business transformation projects, M&A and trade sale and international expansion.

Sunil is a graduate of the University of Birmingham and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Shushil Chohan

(Director)

Having qualified as a chartered accountant with BDO Binder Hamlyn London, Shushil has subsequently held several Finance Director positions in dynamic international SME’s.  Most recently as Finance Director of Music Marketing Services Ltd, an entrepreneurial SME operating in the UK, Europe and the USA, he successfully instigated major systems and process improvements as well as the successful private sale of 2 major business units. Prior to that, he worked as UK Finance Director for international technology groups ranging from rapid start up to more established listed corporations.

Shushil brings invaluable first hand experience of the problems facing rapidly changing SME’s, ranging from the characteristic internal control and cash management issues facing fast growing businesses, right through to the exit phases of the business.

Shushil is a graduate of the University of Kings College London and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He is also an active member of London Business Angels.
